We keep it real clean in the Steers kitchen. After conducting research, we’ve created our own well-informed hygiene policy, based on the different tasks our team has to perform. Whether they use utensils or wear gloves, our entire team, from grillers to burger builders, follows a strict policy to make sure everyone and everything is 100% safe. Frequent hand washing is a priority, whether you wear gloves or not. Every 20 minutes a small buzzer sounds to let everyone know to sanitise their hands and gloves are also changed regularly. Over and above all these measures, every team member in the restaurant must wash their hands every hour, as well as after every change of shift and break.
